Miss Universe 2007 will be held in Mexico this May and two delegates are Filipina. Representing Philippines is Anna Theresa Licaros and another Filipina, Kirby Ann Basken (left photo) is set to be a delegate from Norway.Basken's father is Norwegian and was only 1st Runner Up in Miss Norway 2006 pageant.
Last year, she was also crowned Mutya ng Pilipinas 2006...
and represented Philippines in Miss Intercontinental in Bahamas. She placed 11th in the said pageant
