    Flashback: AGB Nielsen Media Research (Philippines) launched the country's first truly national urban television audience measurement panel in October 2006. Composed of 1,540 representative panel homes, NUTAM will cover about 90% of the total urban population with TV sets or about 37 million individuals age 2 and above in the country.

    Using AGB Nielsen Media Research's proprietary analysis software, Arianna, NUTAM will allow users to read viewing data on a regional as well as national level. The NUTAM data will be provided as an aggregate as well as divided into major market breakdowns (MBDs): Metro Manila, North/Central Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The option to read data from key metropolitan cities such as Cebu, Davao, and Iloilo will aslo be made available.
