For the third consecutive time, Philippines as represented by Anna Theresa Licaros was hailed Miss Photogenic at the recently concluded Miss Universe 2007 pageant held at Mexico City Tuesday night.
It's actually Philippines' 7th time to win the award. Here's the other six Misses Photogenic from the Philippines:

With this year's recognition as Miss Photogenic, Philippines is able to maintain the record for having won the award many times than any other countries. Puerto Rico, Philippines' closest rival in the Miss Photogenic award, has won the award 5 times and England also had five Miss Photogenic awards. But take note, most Miss Photogenic winners from Puerto Rico and England managed to make it to the semis or even went on to win the title, unlike the Philippines' winners, except for Margie Moran, who was Miss Universe 1973.

So for now, the question is not anymore who will be the next Miss Universe, but instead, who will be Miss Photogenic 2008? It's something to watch out for, and see if Philippines will steal Puerto Rico's record of winning Miss Photogenic for four consecutive years, or if Puerto Rico will manage to win the award again for the 6th time in a span of only 9 years.
