Dennis Trillo, Raymart Santiago and Jay Manalo were the male leads in the 2004 movie Aishite Imasu 1941: Mahal Kita. Dennis played the role of Igancio, a gay man who's in love with Edilberto (played by Raymart) since childhood and eventually, figured into a gay relationship with Ichiru, a Japanese soldier portrayed by Jay Manalo.
In the new series Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan on GMA 7, it's good to see Dennis, Jay and Raymart in one show again. Dennis is not anymore gay here, but instead as a metal hero, destined to save the world. Jay Manalo as Drigo is going to be the primary villain and Raymart Santiago plays Alvaro, Marky Cielo's older brother in the series.
