I thought Pasukob will rule the box-office last weekend, but it's another week for 'One More Chance' as a box-office ruler.
Both were shown in 70 theaters, but One More Chance, on its 3rd week, impressively collected $309,407 or 13.1 million pesos sales as compared to Pasukob's opening weekend gross of $283,888 or 12.1 million pesos.
Pasukob's opening weekend was even lower than foreign film Enchanted, which raked in $290,078 or 12.3 million pesos.
Enchanted also topped the US Box Office for the 2nd consecutive weekend as well as box-office charts in Malaysia, Singapore and Portugal.
John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo are indeed in the running for Box Office King and Queen for 2007 as their movie has already a total gross of $3,175,975 surpassing previous box-office ruler 'A Love Story', starring Aga Muhlach and Maricel Soriano, with $3,121,563. Aga's movie was shown in theaters for 8 weeks.
