Mister Vietnam Ngo Tien Doan (Tiến Đoàn) won the title of Mister International 2008 Monday, November 24, 2008 in Taiwan (ROC).
Doan, 25 years old, emerged victorious over 30 other handsome men from different countries who competed in the 10-day event.
He becomes Vietnam's very first male winner from an international pageant and is the 3rd Mister International titleholder after Lebanon's Wissam Hanna in 2006 and Brazilian Alan Martini last year.
One of Vietnam's top models, Doan is a mechanical lecturer at Can Tho University.
Doan was a Top 15 semi-finalist and Mr. Physique awardee during the Manhunt International 2007 in South Korea.
Note: Mister International is different from the Mr. International pageant held annually in 1999 to 2003.
