20-year-old Enzo got the highest combined text and online votes from the voting conducted by Candy Magazine from July to August.
Sam, who was the top choice for 4 consecutive years (2006 to 2009), dropped to #2 this year, but definitely this cutie, who's turning 18 in 20 days, has already set a record (4-time #1 Candy Cutie) that's hard to beat by any other celebrity cuties.
Enzo is the only one from StarStruck who made it to the Top 10 Candy Cuties and also one of only 2 Kapuso cuties on the list.
