Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane, who was nicknamed Dr. McSteamy in the said hit show, has a private "steamy" video taken two years ago but has gone public just recently and available for download on the internet.
The said video, which runs 12 minutes, is more than controversial because it features not only Dane, but also his wife and a third person which has been identified as Kari Ann Peniche, a Miss United States Teen 2003 titleholder from Oregon, USA.
Peniche was already a controversial name in the beauty pageant circuit.
After winning the Miss U.S. Teen title, she was dethroned because she appeared naked in Playboy Magazine.
And now, Peniche has gone more controversial for being part of a "three some" video with bigtime celebrities.

Eric Dane's camp thru lawayer Marty Singer has pointed out that the video tape of Dane, Gayheart and Peniche in a "Ménage à trois" is not a s-x tape.
Singer told OK Magazine:
“This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public.
“Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a ’s-x tape.’ It is a private tape made for only my clients’ personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients’ rights and will be exposed to significant liability.”
The said video which has been downloaded like wildfire in the last 24 hours has been titled with various sorts such as "mcsteamy menage video", "eric dane video", "eric dane and rebecca gayheart", "eric dane 3 way s-x tape" and more.
