The 22-year old Filipino-Irish model and Star Magic 15 member is the 14th housemate of Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2.
Jon Avila, as one of the celebrity housemates, is given the tag name "TISOY MODEL-ACTOR" and "ENGLISH OUTCAST. He's also the guy being referred to as Megan Young's showbiz crush.

Prior to be one of the celebrity housemates, Jon was a prominent Bench endorser, Century Tuna Superbod 2006 winner, ASAP Cover Boys member and was one of the Top 10 Celebrity Centerfolds 2007 of Cosmopolitan Magazine. He also finished an indie movie NARS with Jennylyn Mercado and Jodi Sta. Maria, as well as the 2008 movie Waiting For Your Love with Aga Muhlach and Anne Curtis.
