Piolo Pascual launches "Piolo Revealed" coffee-table book

Piolo Pascual has recently launched a new coffee-table book called "Piolo Revealed" which contains never-before-seen sexy pictures of the
singer-actor.



Photographed by Raymund Isaac, the photos were shot in the beautiful
place of Palawan and some of them are made into 3D, as reported by PEP
who attended the book's press launch last Tuesday.

Also at the presscon, they said that the 200-page "Piolo Revealed"
coffee-table book is Piolo's Christmas gift to his fans or his way of thanking his fans.

But sadly, it's not a free gift 'coz it costs P2,500. High-priced one! (I can't afford it. How sad!)

"Piolo Revealed" is already Papa P's 2nd coffee-table book. His first was Piolo: Believing in 2007, which was in time for the celebration of
his 10th year in showbiz.

Michael Jackson was a cross-dressing gay, according to a book

The book "Unmasked: The Final Years of Michael Jackson" which is due for release today, July 14, 2009, is claiming that the King of Pop Michael Jackson, who died last month, was gay.

Ian Halperin, the author of Michael Jackson's biography, has written in the book that Michael was gay, had several lovers and once a cross-dresser.

Ian Halperin also included in "Unmasked: The Final Years of Michael Jackson" about a sex story about Michael Jackson wherein Jackson forced a construction worker to sign a confidentiality agreement before they engaged in a sexual activity.

Shocking!!!

He also had an interview with Michael's alleged lover and here's what the lover had to say:

"The very first time he had sex with me he said, 'The King of Pop's going to lick your lollipop'. I still laugh thinking about that."

Wow!!!

According to Halperin, Michael's lovers included a construction worker, a waiter and an aspiring actor named Lawrence.

“He was very shy. But when he started to have sex, he was insatiable,” Lawrence told Halperin.

Judy Ann and Kristine, two of the 50 Most Beautiful Filipinas of All Time

Award-winning author Reynaldo Gamboa Alejandro has a coffee table book entitled "The Beautiful Filipina" featuring 50 of the most beautiful Filipina celebrities of all time.

It's an "all time" list because it includes mostly legendary actresses and a few stars representing the young generation including Judy Ann Santos and Kristine Hermosa. (Juday though is already in her 30s.)

"The Beautiful Filipina" is an offshoot of "Magandang Filipina: Beauty for Life" which was first produced and published in 2005.

Daniel Radcliffe sets new Guinness World Record

The Guinness World Records 2008 is finally out today, September 28, 2007 and over a thousand new records can be found in the book. One of those is Daniel Radcliffe sharing with his Harry Potter co-star Emma Watson the record for having the Highest Average Box-Office Gross per movie.







Mission Impossible star Tom Cruise has also snatched a record from Johnny Depp as the Most Powerful Actor in the world, while Brad Pitt's past and present, Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie, share the record as Most Powerful Actresses.

Gerald Butler goes romantic in 'P.S. I Love You'

I'm eager to watch the upcoming movie 'P.S. I Love You' this December, which stars 2-time Oscar winner Hilary Swank and '300' star Gerard Butler, and see if these two can carry a romantic comedy/drama film.

Gerald Butler plays Gerry Kennedy and his role is obviously a complete opposite of his role as King Leonidas in the action-war movie "300" in 2006. Same goes with the award-winning actress Hilary Swank (as Holly Kennedy), whose films in the past were mostly serious drama, horror and suspense.

The movie is based on Cecelia Ahern's best-selling novel of the same title, which was published in 2004. Notice the names of their characters. It's close to their names, Gerald as Gerry and Hilary as Holly. Does it mean the roles are really meant for them?













P.S. I love to see Gerard Butler doing the striptease for Hilary Swank in the said movie.

Trivia: P.S. I Love You is also the title of The Beatles song in 1962 and a Philippine movie in 1981 starring Filipino top actors Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion. Two Christian devotional books also bear the same title.

Zac Efron as Sexy New Boy of Summer

The summer season is about to end in the US, and in time with it, Usmagazine has its list of sexy new boys of summer. My favorite subject Zac Efron is one of them and he deserves it. I think he's the sexiext newbie of them all.



I've first noticed Andy Samberg during his appearance in MTV Movie Awards 2007 last May and I've described him as ruggedly handsome. Thanks to Usmagazine for including him on the list. He's sexy and ruggedly handsome.

Chuck and Larry as box-office champ

Adam Sandler is Adam Sandler. Hairspray which stars Zac Efron failed to rule the US Box Office chart last weekend and it was the comedy I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry which lorded the chart even beating Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

Chuck and Larry are played by Adam Sandler and Kevin James, plus the hottest sexy girl today Jessica Biel.

It's indeed a disappointment that Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix stayed only in the top spot for just a week and gave way to a new movie with a much much lesser budget. People behind Harry Potter understand the turnout considering the busy-ness of fans, waiting for the release of the last book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows last Saturday. In other words, the attention of Harry Potter was focused more on the release of the 7th and final book, rather than the showing of the 5th movie.

Hairspray's sales is already considered a box-office success even if it ended only in the 3rd spot, because it opened in lesser number of theaters as compared to the first two box-office champs.

Harry Potter ends, but lives

The Harry Potter series has ended, after the release of Harry Potter 7th book: The Deathly Hallows last Saturday, July 21 at exactly 12:01 AM in the US, Canada, UK and other English speaking countries.

But as to the question whether Harry Potter himself lives or dies, the wizard boy-turned-man lives, has lived and will always live in our hearts.

In wikipedia, it states what has transpired in the last book. From the beginning of the said J.K. Rowling book until its ending, you'll get a glimpse of what the newly released Harry Potter book is all about.

Here are some important happenings and events in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows:

FROM WIKIPEDIA:

Voldemort plans to kill Harry when he is being moved to a new safe place, which must happen when he turns seventeen and his safety with the Dursleys expires.

Hedwig, Harry's owl, is killed by a stray Killing Curse.

George Weasley has lost an ear due to the Sectumsempra curse cast by Snape, and Alastor Moody had been killed by Voldemort himself.

The Minister of Magic arrives at The Burrow to give Harry, Ron, and Hermione bequests from Dumbledore's will. Ron is given Dumbledore's Deluminator (or "Put-Outer"), with the power to capture lights, Hermione receives a book of children's stories written in Ancient Runes, and Harry inherits Godric Gryffindor's sword and the first Snitch that Harry had ever caught.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione are told an old wizard story about three brothers who bested Death, and each had received a magical item for it, the three Deathly Hallows – an unbeatable wand (called the Elder Wand), a stone which could bring back the dead (the Resurrection Stone), and an Invisibility Cloak that never failed with age.

Lovegood has betrayed them to the Ministry; Luna, his daughter, has been taken captive and he believes that giving them Harry Potter would cause them to free her.

Hermione is tortured and interrogated by Bellatrix Lestrange to find how she acquired Godric Griffindor's sword, believing it to have been stolen from her vault (Bellatrix's one is a fake), while Harry and Ron are imprisoned in the basement with Dean Thomas, Griphook the goblin, Ollivander the wand maker, and Luna Lovegood.

They escape as Voldemort is close to arriving, but Dobby is slain by Bellatrix Lestrange as they flee to Shell Cottage, Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour's home.

Hagrid is captured by Acromantulas and later ends up a captive in the hands of the Death Eaters. Fred Weasley's estranged brother Percy Weasley arrives and reunites with his family. Just after, a Death eater kills Fred. In the same battle, Remus Lupin, Nymphadora Tonks, and Colin Creevey are also killed (the exact cause is unconfirmed).

As he dies from the snake bite, Snape gives up his memories to Harry, who uses the Pensieve to find out that Snape was on Dumbledore's side, motivated by his lifelong love of Lily Evans (Harry's mother). Snape was asked by Dumbledore to kill him if the situation demands it; the curse placed on the Horcrux ring (which is also the Resurrection Stone) limited Dumbledore's life, regardless.

Harry also discovers that he himself is a Horcrux, and that Voldemort cannot be killed while Harry remains alive.

Harry awakens and meets the deceased Albus Dumbledore in an enormous deserted hall, which is explained to be a sort of equivalent to King's Cross railway station. Here, it is explained he cannot die while Voldemort lives since he used Harry's blood to recreate his body, and Lily's protection binds the two.

Hagrid carries Harry (seemingly dead) back to Hogwarts to much dismay and shock to those there. Bravely, Voldemort is faced down by Neville, who rejects his offer to join him and become a Death Eater.

When Voldemort strikes Harry with the killing curse from the Elder Wand it rebounds and kills Voldemort.

In the story's epilogue, taking place 19 years after the Second Battle of Hogwarts, Harry and Ginny Weasley are married and have three children named James, Albus Severus, and Lily. Ron and Hermione are also married and have two children named Rose and Hugo.

It is revealed that Neville Longbottom has become the Herbology Professor at Hogwarts.

Harry's scar has not hurt since the Dark Lord's defeat.

Two Harry Potter characters will die

It's only three days to go before July 21, the most awaited release of the last book of Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

Fans are eager to know whether who will die as confirmed by the author himself J.K. Rowling that two major characters will die in Book 7. Will it be Harry and Hermione?

No one knows exactly for now and all these queries will be answered on July 21st, 12:01 AM.

Lately, so many sites have come out to spoil Harry Potter's ending. It's up to you to believe.

On the site http://www.zendurl.com/h/hallows/, it says one of the trio (Harry, Hermione and Ron) will die and that is Ron. It also enumerates death of Lupin, Percy, Voldemort and Snape.

While in http://seclists.org/misc/harrypotterspoilers.html, it spoils that Voldemort killed Hermione while protecting Ron.

Keith Olbermann of MSNBC.COM points out that Harry Potter and Lord Voldemort will kill one another and only one of them lives. He insists it wouldn't be Harry because if fans find out that Harry Potter dies in the end, no one will ever gonna watch the current Harry Potter movie and the two more installments sometime in 2008 and 2010. He has a valid point there. It would negatively affect box-office performance of the upcoming Harry Potter movies once the final book has Harry dying in the end.

Will Harry Potter Die In The Deathly Hallows?

It has been suspected that Harry Potter will die on the 7th and final book of Harry Potter. Entitled Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, rumors are spreading that J.K. Rowling, the author, will kill Harry's character in the last installment of the Harry Potter series.

Meanwhile, the book Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is due for worldwide release on July 21, but as early as today according to Reuters, advance orders have reached to 500,000 copies already, setting a record for the most advance orders or requests in history.

Rowling is also the first billion-dollar worth author in the world.
