The reason for his death is still unknown as of the moment.
However, according to some reports, he had fun with friends a night before and was heard snoring overnight.
He was 25.
Brad, who was known as a very talented young actor, starred in a number of quality Hollywood movies such as Sleepers (with Brad Pitt), Telling Lies in America (with Kevin Bacon), Apt Pupil (with Ian McKellen), Tart (with Melanie Griffith), Ghost World (with Scarlett Johansson), The Jacket (Keira Knightley), 10th & Wolf (with Val Kilmer) and of course, his breakthrough film The Client with Susan Sarandon and Tommy Lee Jones.
He also starred on great movies such as Bully, Tom and Huck, The Cure, American Girl and Deuces Wild.
Take note that on those movies mentioned, he played mostly major roles and not just a cameo appearance or a small role.
In November of 2007, he finished shooting The Informers with Winona Ryder, Billy Bob Thornton, Kim Basinger and Brandon Routh (of Superman Returns).
The movie is yet to be shown this 2008.
