'Good Vibes' is sure to air this April on ABS-CBN. Are you excited?

This teen-oriented dance drama has been in-production since 3rd quarter of 2010 and finally, it's airing next month.

PBB Teen Clash of 2010 3rd Big Winner Fretzie Bercede was initially casted for 'Good Vibes' and even did pictorial for the show, but she
backed out and was replaced by Kazel Kinouchi, also from PBB Teens.

'Mula Sa Puso' remake this 2011 | Cast includes Ariel Rivera, Eula Valdez and Dawn Zulueta

'Mula Sa Puso' remake is coming on ABS-CBN this 2011.

A hit soap opera during the 90's, Mula Sa Puso will be given a new version this year and chosen to lead the cast are Lauren Young, Enrique Gil and JM De Guzman, their biggest break to date, with a strong support from Dawn Zulueta, Eula Valdez, Ariel Rivera and Ms. Helen Gamboa.

It marks the return of Eula and Ariel in the Kapamilya Network after they transferred to GMA 7 while it's a TV comeback for Dawn Zulueta whose last soap was a special appearance on 'Lastikman' shown on ABS-CBN in 2007.

Also part of the cast are DJ Durano, Manuel Chua, Eagle Riggs, Tyron Perez, Devon Seron, Beauty Gonzales, Paul Salas, Sue Dodd, Alicia Alonzo and Assunta De Rossi.

Wenn Deramas, who directed the first version, will also be the director of the 2011 remake.

It would be better I guess if it will have a new director, but anyway, let's just see how Direk Wenn's gonna make it different from the original.

They have already started taping in Antipolo, Rizal.

ABS-CBN's decision to do a remake of a 90's soap is probably due to the success of 'Mara Clara' which is also a remake of a soap from the 1990s but it's lording the ratings.

Don't be surprised if 'Esperanza' is the next to be revived by ABS-CBN.

I just hope that they will also make a new version of 'Familia Zaragoza'. Anyone remembers that Sunday soap?

If GMA 7 also has a plan of reviving a 90's soap, I would suggest 'Villa Quintana' which starred then Donna Cruz and Keempee De Leon.

Poll: What's your new favorite "Shoutout" team?

"Shoutout" introduces new groupings of the teenmates starting today, January 24, 2011.

Previously, there were 4 groups on Shoutout: the Mondeerifics, Tuesdelicious, Miyerkyulitz and Friends-Thurs.

Based on Mykiru's Poll, the Mondeerifics group was the top favorite with 37.49% followed by the Tuesdelicious group which had 25.73% of the total votes.


The Mondeerifics was composed of Ann Li, Julia Montes, Rhap Salazar, Ryan Bang, Jenny Kim and more while the Tuesdelicious consisted of James Reid, Devod Seron, Emman Vera, Piero Vergara etc.

In 3rd place with 21.81% was the Friends-Thurs with members such as Tricia Santos, Ivan Dorschner, Yen Santos, A-Pop and a more.

The Miyerkulitz, composed of Bret Jackson, Fretzie Bercede, Jane Oineza, Miles Ocampo, John Manalo, Kathryn Bernado etc, was the least favorite with only 14.98%.

And now, as "Shoutout" changes its name to "Shoutout Level Up", they're just grouped into three: Team Coolelatz, Team Overload and Team Up.

Ann beats Angel as Hottest Babe for 2010

The gorgeous Angel Locsin has lost Mykiru's "Hottest Babe" 2010 title to two newcomers.

In 2007 poll, Angel was voted as the Hottest Babe for that year and three years after, as the poll is revived this 2010 (and hopefully will be conducted again in 2011), Angel drops to #3 with two new faces getting the top 2 spots.

The fashionable and sweet-faced Ann Li of PBB Teen Clash 2010 was picked as the Hottest Babe in the Philippines for 2010 with the beautiful Tricia Santos, also from PBB Teen Clash 2010, in 2nd place.

This for sure makes the JamLi fans so much happy as James Reid was the one who topped the Hottest Hunks 2010 Poll.

If you can remember, it was also the JamLi who won the POP TWEEN category in the 2010 ASAP Pop Viewers' Choice Awards.

There were a total of 5,081 votes gathered for the Philippines' Hottest Babes 2010 poll, which ran from December 18 to 28. Here's the Top 10, with the votes and percentage they received:



While Rayver Cruz failed to enter the 50 Hottest Hunks list (he's 51st), both Sarah Geronimo and Cristine Reyes are in the Top 10 Hottest Babes, with Sarah ranking higher than Cristine.

"Dyosa ng Masa" Melai Cantiveros almost didn't make it to the Top 50. She is at #50.

I am surprised. Vice Ganda, a special babe, is on 30th spot, even ranking higher than Bangs Garcia, Carla Abellana, KC Concepcion and Shaina Magdayao.

The excitement is high for ABS-CBN's daily teen variety show
"Shoutout" which premieres Monday, November 29, 2010, at 5:15 PM.

From Mondays thru Fridays, teens and youngsters have lots to look forward to in "Shoutout" which features some of the brightest and
promising Star Magic artists, led by its daily hosts Enchong Dee, Sam Concepcion, Robi Domingo, Arron Villaflor, Enrique Gil, Empress and
Erich Gonzales.

Four groups of 9 will be featured each day, Monday to Thursday, then a grand showdown of the 4 groups will happen every Friday.

PBB Teens cast in the newest youth-oriented show on ABS-CBN.

PBB Teen Clash of 2010 Big Winner James Reid and some other ex-housemates have been cast on ABS-CBN's newest youth-oriented show "Good Vibes".





Joining James are Fretzie Bercede, Devon Seron, Yen Santos and Ivan Dorschner.

How sad, there's no Bret Jackson and Ryan Bang in the cast. Bakit kaya?

There's an ongoing campaign now on Twitter requesting to include Bret in the said teen show. Check it out now! Makinig kaya ang ABS-CBN?

But good thing they've included Gigger Boys members Sam Concepcion and
Enrique Gil in the show plus Arron Villaflor, Heidi Riego, Enrique's real-life girlfriend Coleen Garcia Ortega and two new faces.

No date yet for the airing, but ABS-CBN will most likely put it on a Sunday afternoon.

Big 6 on the Big Night of PBB Teen Clash 2010

A big revelation was made tonight on PBB Teen Clash 2010: There will be a "Big 6" on the Big Night. Do we have to be happy?

It's actually great to hear that for the first time in PBB history, there will be 6 housemates on the Big Night.

And it's also great that the teenternationals and the Pinoy housemates will now have 3 slots each, meaning equal chances for both sides. But for the teenter fans, it's unfair as it could also mean that there will only be 50% chance for a teenternational to be a big winner. And there's also a big possibility that the Big Winner will still be a Pinoy, so as to avoid objections.

Currently in-house are 4 Pinoys and 5 Teenters. It has also become unfair that 2 from the Teenters will still have to leave while only 1 from Pinoys has to go.

The voting for the latest set of nominees continues until Wednesday and 1 among Tricia, Devon, Jenny and Bret will be evicted.

It was also announced by Big Brother that if one between Tricia and Devon will be evicted, the 3 remaining Pinoy housemates will be automatically be included in the Big 6. And a new voting will begin for the 5 teenters to determine the Top 3 from them who will join the Big Night.

But if Bret or Jenny leaves, the voting will run for all 8 housemates and the 6 (3 Pinoy, 3 Teenternat'l) who will get the highest votes are this edition's Big 6.


Who do you think will be the Big 6? My forecast: Bret Jackson, James Reid, Ryan Bang, Fretzie Bercede, Ivan Dorschner and Tricia Santos. I feel sad for Jenny Kim. She's been doin' great in the house but there are only 3 available slots for the teenters.
