The Philippine Bar Exam Results for September 2010 have been released just today, March 17, 2011, by the Supreme Court of the Philippines thru LCD monitors installed at the Supreme Court front yard and also on its official website.
The said bar exam, which is a professional licensure examination for lawyers, took place in September 5, 12, 19 and 26, 2010, with a total of 4,847 examinees, the least number of examinees in the last 8 years.
And it also resulted to a lowest passing percentage ever during the last 8 years.
Only 982 of the 4,847 examinees passed the exam. That's 20.26%!
The first two topnotchers in the 2010 Bar Exams both came from Ateneo de Manila University. On top is Cesario Antonio Singzon Jr with 89% followed by Filemon Ray Javier with 86.95%.
