For the third time, Marian is covering Cosmopolitan Philippines for its June 2010 issue.
The first time Marian covered Cosmo was in October 2007 and then she landed on the cover again last March 2009 where she posed in a bikini.
And who's that shirtless man on fire at the bottom? It's "Agua Bendita" star Matteo Guidicelli.
