Miss Earth 2009 Best in Evening Gown is Miss Philippines (again)

After bagging the Best in Swimsuit award last Saturday, Miss Philippines Sandra Seifert has won another major award in Miss Earth 2009 Beauty Pageant.

Last night, November 16, 2009, during the Evening Gown Final Competition held at the PAGCOR Grand Theater in Parañaque City, the lovely host candidate won for herself the Best in Evening Gown award.

In the history of Miss Earth, all Best in Evening Gown awardees in the past made it to the semis, with 4 of them finishing in the Final 4.

It's the second time that a Philippine delegate for Miss Earth won such award.

Also during the event, Miss Czech Republic Tereza Budková was awarded Miss Photogenic. She topped the online voting conducted by the organizers on its website and on Facebook.

Miss Switzerland Graziella Rogers meanwhile was Miss Friendship.

The Evening Gown competition was the 2nd to the last major event of Miss Earth 2009 before the candidates fly to Boracay on Friday for the pageant finals.

Today, November 17, the 15 finalists for Miss Talent will showcase their grandeous talents for finals at the Rose Memorial Auditorium of Central Philippine University in Iloilo City.
